Shipping Terms

Product transfers take place:

throughout Greece, in Cyprus, and in all the countries of the European Union.

In all countries other than European countries, transfers are made upon consultation.

Transport and delivery of products in Greece.

• Collection from our physical store, free of charge.
• Transport (depending on the region) with a transport cost of €4 throughout Greece up to 2 kg. The transport cost for parcels from 2 to 5 kg is 6€, and for parcels over 5kg the charge is 1€ for each additional kg.
• Free shipping for amounts of €100 and above for the whole of Greece. (Free shipping applies exclusively to online orders and does not apply to orders made from our physical store. Also, free shipping does not apply to favors, baptism boxes and the baptismal candles.
•  Bulky items are transported by Transport Agencies and their cost is determined by agreement

Transport of products in Cyprus.

• Product transfers in Cyprus are made by DHL with a charge of €18.
• We have not defined cash on delivery.

Transport of products to all countries of the European Union.

• Product transfers to all countries of the European Union are made with DHL, with a charge of €18.
• Products are transported to all countries and outside the European Union, for the method and cost of transport please contact us.
• The company bears no responsibility in the event of a delay in the delivery of your package due to strikes or bad weather conditions.
• The goods travel on behalf and under the responsibility of the buyer.
